The Beginning...

So, I have blog envy. I confess. I love to look at everyone's blogs with their cool backgrounds, great pictures of their families, and their witty posts about their interesting lives. I look and look and think, how cool would I be if I had a blog? I like to think it would motivate me to take more pictures and really be a great mom so I would have things to put on my blog. But at the end of the day, I just never get around to it and I live vicariously through all you out there in blog world.

Until now...

Kenneth and I want to move. He seems to think it's time. We are starting to feel a little cramped but not that bad. But let's face it, interest rates are at an all time low so why not? So looking for a house seems like a great thing to blog about. We (meaning me) want this to be the house we raise our kids in. The house they come home to from college, the home they bring their families to. I have big plans for this house, yet to be found. So this search for this house is important to me and I want to do it right. One day, I want to go back and see and read our journey about how we found our home. So I am attempting a blog... No guarantees for cool backgrounds (I am trying), great pictures (but I will make an honest attempt to take and then download more pictures) or witty posts (but it is nice to actually put a complete sentence together) And I am fully aware that no one may read this but me but it will be nice to have this to look back on someday, if only for myself.
